This is my first attempt at playing marimba and singing at the same time—believe me, it turned out a lot harder to pull off than expected. I’ve always been very self-conscious of my voice and have never considered myself a singer, so I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone a little to record this piece. The arrangement itself is quite simple, but note accuracy suddenly becomes twice as difficult once you add the vocals in!
